Trouble for RAILA as WETANGULA says he might dump him for UHURU after KALONZO
Ford Kenya has threatened to break links with CORD if former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will not stop his goons from frustrating Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula.
This follows intimidation tactics against Wetangula employed by ODM goons in Kakamega led by Governor Wycliffe Oparanya over his Presidential bid.
Oparanya opposed Wetangula’s Presidential bid and warned him from setting foot in Kakamenga to launch it.
Oparanya even sent goons to pull down Wetangula’s billboard, saying they only recognize Raila Odinga as the automatic CORD flag bearer in 2017.
The move has infuriated Ford Kenya which has accused Raila of being complicit in the frustration of Wetangula.
They said the fact that the former PM has not said anything or condemned Wetangula’s intimidation by ODM goons in Kakamega makes him guilty.
Led by Kiminini MP, Chris Wamalwa, Ford Kenya vowed to dump Raila’s CORD if he will not stop intimidating Wetangula.
“If the coalition leader cannot tame Oparanya because he is from his team, we shall reconsider our position in the coalition,” said Wamalwa
Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has also threatened to ditch CORD if Raila will not step down for him in 2017.
