The KIM Advanced Certificate in Training of Trainers – TOT course objective is to enable participants carry out a training needs assessment, design and train, evaluate and follow up effective training programmes. They will also learn how to design training of any length for groups of varying sizes, learning styles and experience. We focus on practical delivery and presentation skills (effective body language and voice projection). The programme will be very practical using individual and group practical exercises, role plays and videos.
