Last weekend, Citizen TV anchor, Terry-Anne Chebet, left tongues wagging in the newsroom after she came to work a little bit tipsy.

Apparently, the usually calm and collected anchor appeared dazed and kept on stammering as she was presenting news. Terry-Anne’s eyes betrayed her and any normal person would tell that she was tipsy.

At some point, she sat inappropriately and nearly exposed her goodies to the viewers but the director noticed it and saved her from the embarrassment.

Despite going to work drunk, no action has been taken against the popular anchor since she is SK Macharia’s favourite girl.

Terry-Anne is one of the most talented business anchors in the media industry and Citizen TV cannot risk losing her. She is like Lillian Muli, who has never been fired or questioned by her bosses despite her tainted image and frequent drama in the newsroom.

Sources intimate that Terry-Anne is an alcoholic and often drinks at Brew Bistro with Roy Karuhize of Radio Africa. This may soon bring down her shining career in the media.
