👉Kshs 3,000 for PhD. Programmes

👉KShs 2,000 for Masters Degree

Chuka University Admission Requirements

Minimum Entry Requirements for Diploma Programmes

1. Have the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with an average grade C in KCSE OR
2. Hold a certificate from a recognized institution with a Credit pass or higher or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution in the relevant field of specialization, acceptable to Academic Board. AND
3. Meet additional or specific entry requirements as may be specified by the respective Departments and or Faculty

Minimum Entry Requirements for Bachelor’s Degree

👉Have the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with an average grade C+ (C plus) OR

👉Two (2) Principal passes in Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education examination or equivalent OR

👉Hold a Diploma from an Institution Recognized by Chuka University Academic Board with a Credit pass or higher or an equivalent.

👉Those with a Pass Diploma will be considered if they have at least two years relevant experience after graduation AND

👉Meet additional or specific entry requirements as may be specified by the respective Department and or Faculty

Minimum Entry Requirements for Postgraduate Diploma

1. First Degree with two teaching subjects AND
2. Meet additional or specific entry requirements as may be specified by the respective Department and or Faculty

Minimum Entry Requirements for Masters Degree

1. Second Class Honours Upper Division in the Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
2. OR Second Class Honours Lower Division in the Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with a minimum two years work experience AND
3. Meet additional or specific entry requirements as may be specified by the respective Department and or Faculty

Minimum Entry Requirements for Doctor of Philosophy Degree

👉Masters Degree in the relevant field of Specialization

👉Research Concept Paper in the Area of Specialization
