Video of KWS officer killing a lion in Isinya
A KWS Officer was caught on camera shooting dead a lion in Isinya. The Lion had injured a bodaboda rider who has already been rushed to the hospital.
Kenyans were agitated after the lion was killed saying the act would lead to reckless killing of stray wild animals and could hurt the tourism sector.
But upon close look at the video, it is evident that people were the ones that provoked the lion by surrounding it with cars and motorbikes.
On sensing danger it pounced on one of the riders. When the KWS Rangers arrived, the lion ran away towards the crowd, but due to the rage in the lion the rangers had to shoot id dead to avoid any loss of human life because it is evident that human life is more precious than any other.
