According to the Standing Orders read by the Speaker, Opiyo Wandayi will forfeit all Parliamentary allowances, privileges and benefits for the remainder of the parliamentary session which end in December 2016. Meaning for the next eight months he will never step in Parliament again unless the speaker rescinds his decision and pardons him.
