JM Waiganjo full name is John Muriithi Waiganjo. He was born in Nyandarua County Kenya. He is the Member of Parliament for Ol Joro Orok Constituency, Nyandarua County.
He was elected to the National Assembly in March 2013 on The National Alliance (TNA) party ticket in the Jubilee Coalition. This is a new Constituency in Nyandarua County from 2012.

JM Waiganjo on PSV Rules
In 2014, J.M. Waiganjo supported the recommendation by Parliamentary Committee on Delegated Legislation to reject the PSV regulations developed by the National Transport and Safety Authority in March.
The committee argued that because only Parliament can make laws, any rules and regulations prepared by any other body must be scrutinised by the House, which can accept or discard them.
Mr John Muriithi Waiganjo said that contrary to the reactions, the Parliamentary Committee on Delegated Legislation was not acting out of bad faith. “We are not throwing them out because of vanity or any ulterior motive. We are doing everything in utmost good faith but we also want the drafters of such regulations to start complying with the law.” He said.
